We liked this hotel, it was unexpected and exceptionally clean. Extensive breakfast, really ideal location, central restaurant. Near the beach that was secluded. Rooftop bar and lovely pool.
We didn't like the bed, it was narrow.

Staff were smart and we appreciated our time there. The pool was clean, generous breakfasts. The hotel was really close to 3 convenient stores, the river and bus stop thanks to its charming location. Our whole experience was brilliant, strongly recommend.

It was the best of Kyoto hotels I visited before. Cool location, soft bed, modern staff. There was an excellent restaurant, a shopping street and a supermarket next door.
Well, there was no heating.
